Flying Fellowship seal: a cross with wings and the words On Mission, In Christ

Welcome to Flying Fellowship

We are grateful the Lord has led you to this community. Flying Fellowship began as a Christian support group for Air Marshals—Quiet Professionals seeking fellowship with others who understood the demands of their service and shared their faith in Christ. Today, we continue to serve current and former Air Marshals while welcoming fellow first responders, military members, veterans, and public safety professionals.

Whether you serve as an Air Marshal, respond on the front lines, wear a military uniform, or serve elsewhere in public safety, you are among people who understand the weight of responsibility and the value of quiet strength. Here, we encourage one another, pray together, grow in faith, and seek to serve with humility and excellence.

Our Creed

The Air Marshals’ creed is Invisus · Inauditus · Impavidus—Unseen, Unheard, Unafraid. Our fellowship’s creed responds through faith in Christ: Visus · Auditus · Impavidus—Seen, Heard, but Still Unafraid.

Our service may go unseen by the world, but we are fully seen and known by God. Our voices may not always be heard by others, but God hears our prayers. In uncertainty, we seek courage not only in our training and in one another, but in the Lord who walks with us.

This packet introduces our beliefs, mission, ways to connect, and the guidelines that protect privacy and professional boundaries. Please review it and complete the new-member form at the end.

Our prayer is that this fellowship becomes a source of spiritual strength, genuine friendship, and steady encouragement as you walk out your calling—on mission, in Christ.

In His Grace,
The Flying Fellowship

About Us and Beliefs

Flying Fellowship is a Christian ministry for Quiet Professionals—primarily current and former Air Marshals—that also welcomes first responders, military members, veterans, and public safety professionals. We seek to honor God through humility, service, integrity, and devotion.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Hebrews 10:24–25 (NIV)

What We Believe

  • Scripture. The Bible is the infallible, Spirit-inspired Word of God.
  • The Trinity. God is one God in three persons: Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit.
  • Salvation. Salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone—crucified, buried, risen, and returning.

Who We Are

We are a Christ-centered community of fellow servants who pray for and encourage one another.

We are not a church, a counseling service, or a program of any agency or employer. We welcome believers from any Christian denomination who share these core beliefs.

New to Faith?

If you’re exploring faith or have questions about following Jesus, you’re welcome here. Reach out to the Council at [email protected]. We’d be glad to talk and pray with you.

Our Creeds

Air Marshals

Invisus · Inauditus · Impavidus

Unseen · Unheard · Unafraid

Flying Fellowship

Visus · Auditus · Impavidus

Seen · Heard · Still Unafraid

The fellowship creed does not replace the Air Marshals’ creed. It expresses a faith-centered response: though our service may be unseen, God sees and knows us; though we work quietly, God hears our prayers; and our courage rests not only on preparation but on trust in Christ.

Council and Accountability

Flying Fellowship is guided by a council rooted in its founding membership. Its leadership includes former Air Marshals who now serve as pastors, counselors, and Christian leaders. Together, they offer prayerful guidance and accountability, helping keep the fellowship grounded in Christ and attentive to the people it serves.

Our trusted Prayer Team prays for members with care and discretion. When you write, let the team know whether you would like your request kept within the team or shared anonymously with the wider fellowship. If you would like to serve on the team, contact the Council.

Note: For fellowship needs, please use the contacts above. [email protected] is reserved for account administration.

Privacy and Professional Boundaries

Flying Fellowship is a private Christian fellowship, not a program of any agency or employer. We come together as brothers and sisters in Christ, and we keep our gatherings and communications separate from our official work.

Caring for One Another’s Privacy

Trust makes honest prayer and fellowship possible. Please keep members’ conversations, prayer requests, emails, and messages within the fellowship. Do not forward, screenshot, record, or share them outside the group without the permission of those involved. Registration forms are seen only by the Council, kept confidential, and never shared without your permission. Prayer requests are handled the way you choose on the form.

Keeping Work Separate

Our time together is for faith, prayer, and mutual encouragement—not for discussing classified, sensitive, controlled, operational, law-enforcement-sensitive, or official work-related information. Please keep those matters out of fellowship emails, texts, group chats, video calls, Google Groups, and in-person gatherings.

We honor one another, our calling, and the trust God has placed in this community by respecting these boundaries.
